### Patch Changes

- Charts now re-theme on a color scheme, preset or surface style change. Their options read design tokens from CSS custom properties, which aren't reactive, so a theme switch re-applied the previous theme's axis, text and palette colors. Token reads now track the theme store, so every chart option rebuilds with the new values.
